Will the CarePro companion provide emergency medical care if needed?
No. They are trained to call emergency services, call the contact on file and stay with the client until help arrives.
Will the CarePro companion assist my parent with their medications?
No. Only a licensed medical professional is able to assist with managing and administering medications.
Will the CarePro companion do chores around the home?

Am I able to call my family member or friend during the visit from the CarePro companion?

Where can I find resources to help me in my role as a family caregiver?
Family Caregiver Alliance is a well-respected and thorough resource.
What happens if my family member or friend and the CarePro companion don't have a good connection?
Please contact us with any concerns about your CarePro. We will try to connect you with another CarePro in the area, and you can always cancel at anytime.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contract. You may cancel at any time.
What information is available in the reports?
