My name is Kate McCown and I am based in Atlanta, Georgia. I am passionate about making genuine connections with my community. I worked for many years as a lawyer and my husband and I have had the opportunity to live in many places including Virginia, New Jersey, Arkansas, Pennsylvania and abroad in Tokyo, Japan. Each place we lived, we have valued building strong connections with the local community and learning all we could. As an Area Director for AuPairCare, I am able to do this by supporting and building relationships with my au pairs and host families.
I love my work as a CarePro because I love building strong connections and learning from others! My career has led me to meet so many incredible people and I love being able to continue to share and learn from others every day.
Hobbies: My hobbies include cooking, reading mysteries, and spending time with my busy three kids. I also enjoy taking my Bernese Mountain dog, Oscar for long walks.
